Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on your location and order weight.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International shipping is available at an additional cost. Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery status online.

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

1. Non-Returnable Items
Some of our products are non-refundable due to their digital or protected nature:

Printed items (including our bookazine and whelping log) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they contain copyrighted and sensitive breeder content.

Certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot verify whether they’ve been scanned, copied, or altered. All designs are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

2. 30-Day Return Policy (Drop-Shipped Items Only)
We offer a 30-day return policy on most non-printed, drop-shipped items.
Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

3. Refunds
